You are going to love running one of our races. Each race begins and ends at the Town of Islip Bay Shore Marina and runs through the streets of Bay Shore and Brightwaters. Enjoy scenic highlights such as stately residential homes, the beautiful Cascade Lakes, Brightwaters' Canal, an unobstructed view of Fire Island, and a panoramic view of the Great South Bay.

Tri-ing for Kids (TFK) is a 501(c)(3) organization of all individuals of all athletic abilities inspired to compete a personal goal for a cause greater then them selves. TFK raises money and awareness by completing endurance events to help provide financial support for children in need. To date TFK has raised over $500,000.
